Meet CEA Bétera: A Club in Constant Evolution
Founded in 2002 in Bétera, the Club Esportiu Atlètic Bétera (CEA Bétera) began with a multidisciplinary approach, covering activities ranging from yoga to athletics.
Over time, the club focused on triathlon, making it its soul and the discipline that has cemented its success. In 2004, its triathlon school was formed, offering young people the opportunity to discover this exciting sport.
Throughout the years, CEA Bétera has experienced unstoppable growth, with over 135 children and 250 adult members in 2010, achieving a prominent place in the Valencian Community. From 2015 onwards, successes in national competitions became more frequent, positioning the club among the best in the region and, in 2023, reaching the prestigious national top 5.
2024 has been a spectacular year for the club, with outstanding achievements such as:

Champions in the Spanish Mixed Relay Triathlon Championship in Pontevedra.

Champions in the Spanish Club Duathlon Championship in Albacete.

Runners-up in the National Triathlon League, in the Iberdrola League.

Runners-up in the Spanish Elite Sprint Triathlon Championship in A Coruña.

3rd place in the Spanish Supersprint Triathlon Club Championship in Roquetas de Mar.
CEA Bétera remains committed to inclusion and the development of grassroots sports, with a special focus on female participation, which accounts for 35% of the club's licenses.
