SHIPPING

We ship worldwide through reliable courier services. Our delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information so you can monitor your package.

PROCESSING TIME

After an order is placed, our order processing team prepares it for shipment. Processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders at that time, but they are generally processed within 24/48 hours after receiving the order.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided during the checkout process. A valid and complete address must be provided to ensure successful delivery. If the package cannot be delivered, a notification will be left so the customer can collect it at the nearest post office.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping location. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process on our website.

INFORMATION ABOUT POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS

All shipments are made from mainland Spain and are delivered without customs charges within the European Union.

For orders shipped from mainland Spain to countries outside the European Union, local taxes, VAT and/or customs duties may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments from the Canary Islands are made exclusively within the Canary Islands and do not generate customs charges.
